Streptavidin Agarose Price range: $60.00 through $375.00

Recombinant Streptavidin purified from E.coli is covalently bound to 6% cross-linked agarose bead. The Streptavidin-linked resin which is stable at pH 2-11 can be used to separate biotinylated products from non-biotinylated products. Biotinylated molecules can be RNA, DNA or protein which binds to the Streptavidin agarose bead with extremely high affinity. This high-affinity interaction is useful to monitor protein-RNA, protein-DNA, and protein-protein interaction. Product Description: Approximately 1.5 mg/ml Streptavidin has been immobilized on 6% cross-linked beaded agarose. This product is supplied as 50% suspension of Streptavidin Resin in aqueous ethanol when packed. Super Rev. Transcriptase MuLV KIT (Super RT 50 Rxns KIT) Original price was: $100.00.Current price is: $75.00.
Murine Leukemia Virus Reverse Transcriptase (MuLV RT) is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase that can be used in cDNA synthesis with long messenger RNA templates (>5 Kbp). The enzyme is isolated from E.coli expressing the modified pol gene of MuLV on a plasmid. This modified version of RT is thermotolerant (working temp 42 – 52⁰C using ng level of total RNA). The RNase H activity of MuLV RT is weaker than the commonly used AMV- Reverse Transcriptase. Reagents supplied • Super RT (200 U/µl) , 100 µl • 5x RT Buffer (250 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.4; 375 mM KCl; 15 mM MgCl2), 400 µl • dNTP mix (10mM), 50 µl • Oligo (dT) mix (500 µg/ml), 50 µl • Random Hexamer (50 ng/ul), 50 ul • 0.1 M DTT, 100 µl • Murine RNase Inhibitor (1 U/µl), 50 µl • DEPC H2O, 600 µl Storage Buffer: 20mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 100mM NaCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 50% glycerol (v/v). Taq DNA Polymerase Price range: $25.00 through $50.00
Taq DNA Ploymerase is cloned version of Taq DNA Polymerase which is expressed in E. coli. This recombinant Taq DNA Polymerase shows identical characteristics to native Taq from Thermus aquaticus with respect to activity, specificity, thermostability and performance in PCR. Taq DNA Polymerase catalyzes the incorporation of dNTPs into DNA. It requires a DNA template, a primer terminus, and the divalent cation Mg++. Taq DNA Polymerase contains a polymerization dependent 5′-3′ exonuclease activity. It does not have a 3′-5′ exonuclease and thus no proof-reading function. Despite this, the enzyme synthesizes DNA in vitro with reasonable fidelity. Reagents supplied: Taq DNA Polymerase, (2.5 U/µl) 10X Taq Reaction buffer (100 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.8; 500 mM KCl; 0.1% Tween 20; 15 mM MgCl2; 0.1% Tween 20) Storage Buffer:50 mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 8; 300 mM NaCl; 0.1 mM EDTA; 1 mM DTT; 50% glycerol(v/v) Storage instructions: -20°C
