Protein Ladder

Protein molecular weight marker is composed of eight recombinant proteins. Protein Concentrations for each protein are 0.1 – 0.2 mg / ml. This protein standard is ready to load in SDS-PAGE and give eight distinct bands on staining with Coomassie Brilliant Blue.

Note: Don’t freeze-thaw the whole Pack repeatedly. Mix well before use.

Storage buffer: 25 mM Tris-HCl Buffer pH 7.4, containing 1 mM EDTA and 40 mM DTT.

Storage Instructions: Store at -20°C (Recommended).
