This ready to use dNTP Mix is a premixed solution containing sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of10mM. One microliter of the dNTP Mix into a 50μl reaction will give a final dNTP concentration of 200μM for each dNTP.
