Shipping Policy

  1. We make every effort to process and ship orders within 24 hours if your requested items are available in stock and the transit time is approximately 1-3 business days depending on the shipment method.
  2. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
  3. Every item is shipped based on the best shipping method assessed for the temperature requirements of that specific item.
  4. We will keep you informed in the event of out of stock items.
  5. Packages and products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Please notify us immediately if package or product is damaged.
